6th Annual Firkin Rendezvous-Saturday, February 20th.
On Saturday, February 20th, Colorado craft brewers will celebrate the sixth annual Firkin Rendezvous, a cask ale festival benefitting the Colorado Brewer's Guild. Brewers love making firkins because one-off casks offer them a chance to experiment and show off their skills. Craft beer aficionados love firkins because of the smoothness and complexity offered in an unfiltered, cask-conditioned ale. Attendees will receive a commemorative glass, unlimited tastes of over 20 casks, complimentary snacks from local restaurants and a chance to chat up their favorite brewers about their craft. The festival runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, February 20th at Bristol Brewing Company, 1647 S. Tejon, Colorado Springs.
