National event to increase Mead awareness and foster camaraderie among Mead-makers.

First organized in 2002 by the American Homebrewers Association (AHA), Mead Day is a national event to increase mead awareness and foster camaraderie among mead-makers. Homebrewers around the world are encouraged to invite friends and family to celebrate Mead Day by making Mead (or other fermentable beverages) together.
