Asher Brewing Company of Boulder, CO
"Colorado's First and Only Certified Organic Brewery"
Course 1:
Stew of PEI mussels, chilies, roasted tomatoes, and shallots topped with poblano chile romesco sauce paired with the Hippie Wheat
Course 2:
Apple chard stuffed pork tenderloin served with apples, sweet potatoes, pancetta, and roasted garlic paired with the Tree Hugger Amber Ale
Course 3:
Blue cheese cheesecake with a date and fig compote paired with the Green Monstah Strong Ale
Tickets for the event are $25 excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is community style and is limited to 15 guests.
