Trio of crawfish and sweet corn flan, grilled Colorado lamb chop with honey Karma demi and
lobster chive cake.

Salad
Gilled calamari steak with fennel and grapefruit, dressed with a White Rascal vinaigrette.

Entree
House smoked Hanger Steak with a nage of The Reverend Ale and roasted shallot, grilled pink
fingerling potatoes and asparagus tips.

Dessert
Flourless chocolate tort with Barleywine cherries and a Samael’s crème anglaise
