Beer Tasting Classes

Learn about the wide array of beer styles that have surged in popularity throughout the United States as a result of the efforts of the many small, independently owned craft brewers now plying their trade coast-to-coast. Meet some of America’s most prominent craft brewers who call Boulder County home; see their breweries and learn how beer is made. We will taste Belgian Ales and cheese at Upslope Brewing Company in Boulder, then celebrate Octoberfest as we learn about the history and beers of the Bavarian Festival at Gordon-Biersch Brewing Company in Broomfield. Finally, we’ll discuss “Craft Beer in a Can: From Whim to Marketing Phenomenon” at Oskar Blues Brewing Company in Longmont. Don’t pass up this rare opportunity. Registration fee is $69. A materials fee of $30 is payable to the instructor.
