Boulder Beer Company seeks Brewer
Boulder Beer Company, Colorado's first Microbrewery, is seeking to expand our Brew Staff. The job of brewer is a permanent full time position with rotating shifts. The sucessful aplicant will join a top notch staff of three brewers and a boots-on Manager/Head brewer (myself).
Brewer Responsibilities include:
Malt, Hop, Yeast and Water Management
Wort production, transfers and sampling
Brewhouse and cellar CIP, housekeeping and Maintenance
DE Filtration, carbonation, and finished beer transfers
Scrubbing, Repairs, occasional packaging and lab work
And all around brewer work (you know, everything)

All who feel they qualify are welcome to reply. Preference will be given to those applicants with packaging brewery experience.
The sucessful applicant will have a comittment to quality and consistency and will find opportunities for creativity.
Boulder Beer does not provide relocation assistance and we wish to fill the position quickly.
