Join The Melting Pot of Louisville and Boulder Beer Company on a special Fondue and Beer night. Four-courses of fondue have been selected to pair with five different beers.
Beer and Greet - 6:30 – 6:45 (Dinner start at 6:45) Meet and dri...nk a Sweaty Betty Blonde or Singletrack Copper Ale with the Brewmaster of the Boulder Beer Company, David Zuckerman.
First Course: Paired with Flashback India Brown Ale: Hazed & Infused Caribbean Cheese Fondue. We start with Hazed & Infused Dry Hopped Ale and a variety of citruses then add garlic, peppadews, a blend of Gruyere and smooth horseradish with chive infused Havarti, lime zest, and a topping of fresh scallions.Served with a selection of breads, vegetables and summer sausage.
Second Course: Strawberry Almond Salad: Paired with Buffalo Gold: Mixed greens with fresh strawberries, gourmet feta cheese, glazed almonds and a basil balsamic vinaigrette.
Third Course: Paired with a flight of beer: Mojo Indian Pale Ale, Cold Hop and Hazed & Infused Dry-hopped Ale: Spring Beer Night Out Entree: A selection of proteins that have been marinated for 24 hours, including: Sweaty Betty Blonde lime and garlic shrimp, wasabi and black sesame seed encrusted sushi-grade ahi, teriyaki sirloin, citurs pork tenderloin, garlic chili chicken breast, potstickers and a medley of fresh vegetables. Sauces: Mild Curry Yogurt, Spicy Cocktail Sauce, Gorgonzola Port, Sriracha Aioli, Ginger Plum, Teriyaki Glaze and Green Goddess.
Fourth Course: Paired with Planet Porter: Dark Tropical Chocolate Fondue. We start with our smooth and rich dark chocolate fondue then we add a purée of coconut, caramel, espresso and Malibu Coconut Rum topped with chopped macadamia nuts. A plate of dipping items will include cheesecake, strawberries, bananas, pound cake, brownies, pineapple, mango and Rice Crispy Treats.
