Mark your calendars for Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st for the 8th Annual Boulder Strong Ale Festival! We've changed venues for the 2010 fest, moving the event from Harpo's Sports Grill to the Avery Tap Room and Barrel-Aging Cellars in order to more comfortably accommodate the crowds and the beers. This event featured 74 strong beers over 8% abv last year and we hope to have even more this time around. All attendees will receive 16, two-ounce tasting tickets and a commemorative festival tasting glass with admission. The Friday tasting session will run from 5PM-10PM and the Saturday session will be from 12PM-5PM.

The setup of this year's Strong Ale Fest will be modeled after the Inaugural Boulder SourFest that recently took place in February. In similar fashion, to ensure that all attendees have a fantastic time, we're limiting ticket sales to 400 tickets per day.

Tickets will go on sale for $30 apiece on Wednesday, March 31st from our online ticketing partner Ticket Alternative (Friday tickets: http://www.ticketalternative.com/Events/10814.aspx Saturday Tickets: http://www.ticketalternative.com/Events/10815.aspx) and from the Avery Tap Room. Tickets will be available at the door only if they do not sell out in advance. Act fast!
