Course 1:
Bligh's Old Ale (H.M.S. Bounty Old Ale aged in a Stranahan's whiskey barrel) paired with a Parmesan Herb Pretzel with the house cheddar sauce and Red Sea salt.
Course 2:
U-Boat Hefeweizen paired with seared scallops, butter poached lobster, green herb sauce
Hanley's Baltic Porter paired with a flourless Chocolate Tort and fresh berries.
