On Sunday, June 26th The Pinyon will host a Beer Dinner at 6pm and then an additional seating at 9:30pm. The cost is $75++ per person.

INFERNO ALE- Roasted Maitake Mushrooms, smoked sea urchin, house made fatback, chives, pine nuts, pine needle oil.

SERPENT’S STOUT- Shaved coffee cured ham, Anson Mill’s blue grits, sea beans, wild plums, Noble Tonic #1 whiskey barrel cured maple sugar.

FRAMBOISE D’AMAROSA- Queliute Spring Chinook King Salmon, wild coastal greens, salmon roe, finger lime, coastal huckleberries, local buttermilk.

RED POPPY- The most interesting fruit salad you’ve ever had, heirloom egyptian lemon vinegar, Anson Mill’s wheat berries, many herbs.

ANGEL’S SHARE- 48 hour Brisket, coleslaw puree, fresh horseradish, pimentos, onion, ketchup&mayo sauce.
And…We’ll do a little sorbet thing for “dessert.”
