On Saturday, February 20th, Colorado craft brewers will celebrate the sixth annual Firkin Rendezvous, a cask ale festival benefitting the Colorado Brewer's Guild. Brewers love making firkins because one-off casks offer them a chance to experiment and show off their skills. Craft beer aficionados love firkins because of the smoothness and complexity offered in an unfiltered, cask-conditioned ale.
