Oskar Blues Grill & Brew Beer Dinner February 26, 2010 (Fri) A fabulous 4-course meal is being prepared along with some special Oskar Blues brews to pair with it on February 26th. Course 1: Weasel Bunker Trainwreck Red Chili with Michelle's Marzan, Course 2: Twice baked "Tato" skins loaded with Dales Pale Ale, Course 3: Chub dipped Shortribs, fried waffles, BBQ and Maytag Blu paired with Old Chub, and Course 4: Pint glass of pie paired with American Hoppy Belgian. Michael Bolton Birthday Party February 26, 2010 (Fri) Party Time! FCB thought they were going to have a party to celebrate Johnny Cash's birthday but then they found out that Michael Bolton was also born on February 26th and Michael Bolton outranks the Man in Black. Left Hand St. Patrick's Day Party March 17, 2010 (Wed) March 17th is going to be a good time at the Tasting Room. Every year, on St. Paddy's Day, the Left Hand clan of brewers, reps, and founders get together and make a raucous for a few hours. They'll sing, they'll yell, but everyone has a blast. Competition Announcement! The Indian Peaks Alers homebrew club is proud to announce the 2010 Peak-to-Peak ProAm Homebrew Competition. The competition will be open to all BJCP beer styles as defined in the 2008 guidelines, however as we're limiting the competition scope to beers, no meads or ciders will be accepted. Entries will be accepted between March 8th and 19th and the Judging will be conducted at Left Hand Brewing in Longmont, CO on March 27th. We will have medals for the top three beers in each flight as well as prizes. | ||
