Avery Beer Dinner with The Bruery at Basta in Boulder on 2/25

Join Adam Avery of Avery Brewing and Jonas Nemura of The Bruery (a fantastic California brewery making some creative and delicious new beers) at Boulder's newest brick-oven pizza joint--Basta--on Thursday, February 25th. When will Pliny the Younger be available? Well I have the definitive answer for you: Tuesday February 16th @ 5pm. If you've been keeping up w/ Russian River's Website http://russianriverbrewing.com/wordpress/ you already know that the beer is no longer available at the pub. There are only a few kegs coming to Colorado & Falling Rock is, of course, getting some.

4:20PM: Russian River’s Pliny the Younger. We’ve procured a rare keg of this spectacular IPA. It’s almost impossible to get this beer in Colorado. Competition Announcement!
The Indian Peaks Alers homebrew club is proud to announce the 2010 Peak-to-Peak ProAm Homebrew Competition. The competition will be open to all BJCP beer styles as defined in the 2008 guidelines, however as we're limiting the competition scope to beers, no meads or ciders will be accepted.

Entries will be accepted between March 8th and 19th and the Judging will be conducted at Left Hand Brewing in Longmont, CO on March 27th. We will have medals for the top three beers in each flight as well as prizes.
