(event) Taste of Elegance/Denver International Beer Competition Start: 10:56 am Taste of Elegance Only Gold Medal winners will be invited to participated in the Taste of Elegance Chefs Food & Beer Competition. This event will be held on Wednesday June 9, 2010 at the Omni Interlocken Resort, Broomfield, CO. Twelve master chefs will be assigned 2 gold medal winning beers each and will be given the task of creating custom paired culinary creations. A panel of food and beverage professionals will judge the pairings and award chefs with the “Best Chef” and “Most Creative Chef” awards. http://denverbeercomp.com/index.html
