Red group alt-style beer for the March 2002 meeting.
Brewed Saturday Feb 16th 2002.
Attending: Patrick Jehorek, Miriam Stohs, Jerome Jehorek and Rick Allison.
Ingredients were donated to the club by What's Brewin'.
- 5gal. batch size
- 5lbs. Pale Syrup
- 2lbs. Munich malt syrup
- 1lbs. Dextrin malt grain
- 1oz. Northern Brewers @ 45mins.
- 1/2oz. Northern Brewers @ 15mins.
- 1007 German Ale Yweast
- Fermenting at 58 to 60 degrees
