- 2000 German Tettnang pellets 0.25oz @3.5% (10min)
- 2000 Czech Saaz plug 0.5oz @3% (10min)
- 2000 German Hallertau pellets 0.5oz @3.4% (0min)

- Eldorado Springs water
- Wyeast 2206
- OG 1065 in 5 gallons
Procedure
- mash 90min 146-150F
- batch sparge to collect 3.5 gallons
- top off water to 5G in primary
