- 4.5 lbs. Belgian Pale Malt

- .25 lb. light crystal

- 3/8 oz Columbus pellets 14.2% alpha acid @ 90 min
- 3/8 oz Columbus @ 45 min
- 5/8 oz Columbus @ 30 MIN
- 3/4 oz Columbus @ 15 min
- 1 oz Columbus @ 2 min
- 1/2 oz Cascade dry hop
- 1/2 oz Cascade dry hop
Procedure
- Recipe is for 4+ gals
- All grains mashed for 80 minutes at 152F
- 90 min boil, SG 1.061, FG 1.013
- Wyeast London Ale #1028
