Miscellaneous Ingredients
4 Tsp Oak Chips Into Secondary (these only went into one carboy)
2 Tsp Gypsum Into Mash Water
Mash in water at 130, target 122, hold for 10 minutes
Infuse and heat to 152, hold for 60 minutes
Heat to 168, hold for 10 minutes
Heat to 175, sparge
Boil 90 minutes
Irish moss at 12 minutes
Last hop addition is dry hops into secondary, also 4 tsp. steamed oak
chips added at same time into one carboy, other had none.
