Fermentables
- 6 lbs Dark Extract - put in as you heat up to a boil
- .5 lb Dry Extract - put in as you heat up to a boil
- 3/4 lb Crystal Malt (40L) - put in as you heat up to a boil
- 1/2 lb Chocolate Malt - put in as you heat up to a boil
Hops
- 1 oz N Brewers 60 min
- .5 oz Hallertauer 10 min
Etc
- 1 vial White Labs Edinburgh Ale Yeast
- One week in Primary and one-two weeks in Secondary
