- 0.5 Belgian chocolate malt
- 0.5 lb Carafa
- 0.25 lb Carafoam

- 2 oz Perle 7.8% (60 min)
- 1.5 oz Hersbrucker 2.9% (30 min)
- 1.0 oz Hersbrucker 2.9% (10 min)
Procedure
- OG 1060, FG 1015
- single decoction mash, 90 min boil
- 10 gallon batch
