- .25 lb Chocolate Malt
- .25 lb English Peated Malt
Hops
- 2 oz Goldings 60min.
- 1 oz Goldings 30min.

- 1 cap Gypsum
- 2 oz Edinburgh Ale Yeast WhiteLabs
Procedure
- 90min mash @154-152Deg F
- 60min boil
