• 24.25 lbs English pale malt
• 3.0 lbs 110L English crystal
• 2.0 lbs English chocolate malt
• 2.0 lbs roast barley
• 1.5 bls black malt

Hops

• 2.5 oz Magnum 10% (60 min)
• 2.0 oz Fuggles 4.7% (30 min)
• 1.0 oz E. Kent Goldings 7.5% (5 min)

Procedure

• OG 1070, FG 1025
• step infusion mash, 90 min boil
• 10 gallon batch
