- 24.25 lbs English pale malt
- 3.0 lbs 110L English crystal
- 2.0 lbs English chocolate malt
- 2.0 lbs roast barley
- 1.5 bls black malt
Hops
- 2.5 oz Magnum 10% (60 min)
- 2.0 oz Fuggles 4.7% (30 min)
- 1.0 oz E. Kent Goldings 7.5% (5 min)
Procedure
- OG 1070, FG 1025
- step infusion mash, 90 min boil
- 10 gallon batch
