6# Alexanders wheat syrup (60% wheat, 40% pale)
1.5# pale syrup
5-5.5HBU Styrian Goldings (60min)
0.5oz bitter orange peel (10min)
0.5oz ground coriander (5min)
0.5oz Saaz (5min)
small handful of wheat flour (5min - yes, flour in the boil)
0.25oz anise or grains of paradise (0min)
Wyeast #3944 or other Wit yeast
OG: 1.050-1.054
Ferment in the low 60s.
